What Do the P L N Column Headings Mean?

P:   Priority.   Priority Level is your rank the importance of a specific To Do Item.   Priorities are evaluated in Alphabetic and Numeric sort order.   Priority A is more urgent that B.

L:   Linked Appointment.   You will see a checkmark in this column if the Task Item is linked (or associated) with a contact in your contact list.

N:   Notes.   You will see an icon of a page to indicate that you have some notes that are attached to the Task Item.   A single click in this column will open the Task Item directly into the notes editor.
